Briona " B Realty" Kerr was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with her mother at the age of 10 and has resided there since. She graduated with her BSW from Georgia State University three weeks after giving birth to her son. A few months later, Briona obtained her real estate license. After obtaining her degree, she took her passion for children and helping families to the Department of Family and Children Services where she would work full-time for 3 years while practicing real-estate part-time. During her part-time real estate career, she took that time to really learn the ropes and gain extensive knowledge in the field.

After 3 years of having her license, Briona made the decision to do real estate full-time in order to help even more families create generational wealth. At the age of 22, Briona purchased her first home, which happened to be new construction. This led her to specialize in working with young, first-time home buyers, and new construction sales. She also specializes in working with young buyers, first-time buyers and sellers, new construction sales, relocating clients, veterans and investors. Briona has been ranked as a top-producing agent with her firm multiple times.

Outside of helping others, she enjoys spending time with her son and family when she is not working. Briona is also a food and music lover and enjoys traveling.
